This enables us to handle even more complex service calls such as fault diagnosis quickly and efficiently. Knowledge retrieval is done by simply querying error symptoms. The self-learning algorithm processes the input and guides the user to the cause of the error. The assistant then guides you through the solution routine step by step. New findings can easily be added and added back to the knowledge base.
