Excellent production processes thought holistically
Digital technologies ensure intelligent and networked production and bring great potential for companies. In order to increase cost and resource efficiency, comprehensive and predictive maintenance of production components plays a central role. As part of holistic asset management, it becomes a cross-departmental interface and ensures high system availability and flexibility.
The challenge for intelligent maintenance is to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Unplanned downtime costs a lot of money and endangers the smooth production process. It is therefore mission-critical that the entire manufacturing process runs without interruption, with controlled quality and without unnecessary maintenance work.
HIGH NEED FOR INFORMATION
However, in many companies, intelligent maintenance is still in its infancy and there is a great need for information. Often people only look at the costs, even though maintenance can quickly turn from a cost factor into a value-added factor if it is consciously integrated into existing production processes.
Maintenance becomes a cross-sectional technology. The Smart Maintenance Pavilion therefore also represents important areas of the value chain relating to maintenance and integrates topics such as energy and resource management, industrial services and digital after-sales models as well as industrial IT solutions.
THE RIGHT MIX
The Smart Maintenance Pavilion is more than just a special show. With an exciting mix of theory and practice through the combination of exciting live demonstrations in the demo park, interesting lectures at the Speakers Corner and the innovative product presentations from the exhibitors, trade visitors are offered valuable added value. In addition to maintenance professionals, interested parties from other areas of the company can also get a well-founded overview and thus promote interdisciplinary discussion on process optimization in the company.
