Artificial intelligence is a rapidly growing technological phenomenon that is now having a major impact on our working environment. It is considered a driver of technological change in the digital transformation of Industry 4.0. There have been significant advances in AI recently, with user-friendly low-code/no-code software frameworks such as Proficy CSense from GE Vernova's digital company [1] becoming a widely used flexible software tool for industrial applications.

There is no real standard definition for the term "intelligence". In the broadest sense, artificial intelligence encompasses any technology that enables computers to mimic human behavior and reproduce or surpass human judgment to solve complex problems with minimal human intervention. Artificial intelligence is a well-known field of computer science that encompasses many techniques and many applications that have evolved as technology has developed. As a result, today's AI solves many key problems, including knowledge representation, reasoning, learning, planning, perception, and communication, using a variety of tools and techniques (for example: case-based reasoning, rule-based systems, multi-agent systems, fuzzy models, genetic algorithms) [2]. Significant benefits are provided by the use of AI in the following applications:
Increased efficiency: AI automates tasks that would normally require a lot of human time.
Increased productivity: By automating repetitive tasks, AI enables employees to focus on higher-level tasks.
· Better decision making: AI provides insights into complex data sets and enables industrial companies to make informed decisions in real time.
